PDA believes that everyone should be able to access healthcare planning expertise on equal terms. We design and build this site with accessibility as a core requirement, not an afterthought.

Conformance target

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act. This includes support for keyboard navigation, screen readers, high-contrast display, browser zoom to 200%, and reduced-motion preferences.

Measures we take

• Semantic HTML with clear landmarks, headings, and labels
• Visible focus indicators on every interactive element
• Color contrast that meets or exceeds WCAG 2.2 AA
• Form fields with associated labels, inline validation, and error summaries
• Respect for the prefers-reduced-motion user setting
• Skip-to-content link and consistent keyboard order
• Descriptive link text and image alternatives

Known limitations

We continuously test with keyboard, screen reader, and automated tools. If you encounter a barrier that prevents you from using any part of this site, please let us know — we will prioritize a fix.
